Do you offer Free Shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders $300+GST or more. Otherwise we charge a flat rate of $10+GST per order.
What are your delivery timeframes?
We aim for all North Island orders to be delivered byone business day following dispatch from our warehouse. South Island orders take up to 2 business days following dispatch. Please allow one extra day if you are located in a remote or rural area.
What are your order cut off times?
All fully paid orders made before midnight will be dispatched on the next business day.
Is Delivery Tracked and secured?
Yes a tracking link will be sent to your email once dispatched from our warehouse. All of our shipments are insured with freight insurance to the point of signed delivery. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery in order to further strengthen security. Neither our courier nor Stock for Shops is liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery is received.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout New Zealand. If you are interested in purchasing from outside NZ, kindly send an email to info@stock4shops.co.nz
Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
Stock4shops was designed to save your business time by delivering directly to your business. For this reason and for security signing reasons, we are only able to deliver to physical addresses.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can change the delivery address if the order is not shipped.Once an order is shipped we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier company.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason. In some instances where Stock For Shops is at fault, we may offer to cover shipping of returned items.
